POD Factoring |
| |
Pod Factoring first developed by
S.E.T.T.L.E.R.™, has taken much of the guesswork about
assigning a POD for accurate search coverage. This
valuable debriefing scale can be taught on the spot at a
search with the use of a handy business card size list of
10 factors.
A presentation for training purposes with an emphasis on
Modern Search Theory can be downloaded. The presentation
includes the continued use of ROW, Mattson and O’Connor
Consensus which continue to be a favorite of search
practitioners and trainers.

Resource Factoring |
| |
With the success of POD Factoring, we use
the same methodology to determine individuals and teams
SAR strengths. Suggested rating outlines to assist in
developing a SAR score that can be queried by law
enforcement by area, skills and specialty are posted.
Warning: Participants should realize that self-overrating
members and teams will provide more suspicions than
callouts. Teams feel free to join for free and be a part
of the master SAR Database, or a duplicate site can be
developed for you to use for your own team or jurisdiction
records.
Visit the Resource Factoring website today, to explore the
newest in simplistic resource identification for search
management, pre-planning, panning and operations.

Everything Else |
| |
SARINFO Well… may-be not everything, but
a lot of different efforts from many people, most
experienced in land-SAR, others theorists that are trying
to build a better mousetrap.
The site has been a favorite for SAR Teams and SAR
Management for decades.
